Multiplayer Game modes (please note this is subject to change):
- Multiplayer will consist of two factions, the humans and the undead, with the only difference being the overall look of the characters. You’ll be able to choose between 5 classes which boast approximately 50 skills between them, with some being upgradeable
- There are currently five multiplayer modes planned, deathmatch, team deathmatch, warfare mode( conquest) and crusade. With more to follow.
Crusade Mode :
- There are 5 maps available in multiplayer and, during Crusade mode, these maps are linked as one overall region. It’s a tug of war battle as the Undeads go head to head with the humans to gain crucial territory. If your team wins the first map, Border Keep, then you’ll advance further into the opposition’s territory
- Each area consists of territories marked out with flags and it’s simply a matter of standing in the circle surrounding the flags in order to gain that territory. Once a team has captured all of these positions the game has been won, or alternatively you can set a time limit, otherwise the game may never end
- There are 5 maps for a reason. Border keep is set in an ancient ruin and is neutral territory. If, for example, you’re playing on the side of the humans and win this first map, the dynamic map loading system will then load Nelsham’s scar map, an area that guards the entrance to the undead realm. If the Undeads win, you’ll move to Vradek’s Crossing, which moves you closer to the human's base. It’s a tug of war battle which can see you going backwards as well as forwards depending on which team wins on each map
